Изучена динамика накопления суммарной фракции фенольных соединений в побегах и шишкоягодах Juniperus excelsa Bieb. и J. oxycedrus L. Установлено, что J. excelsa имеет более широкий компонентный состав веществ фенольной природы, чем J. oxycedrus. Определена концентрация флавоноидов в побегах и шишкоягодах данных видов можжевельника.

Peculiarities of qualitative and quantitative composition of phenol compounds in Juniperus excelsa Bieb. and J. oxycedrus L. which grow on the South coast of Crimea

The dynamics of transformation of the total fraction of phenol compounds in the shoots and cones of Juniperus excelsa Bieb. and J. oxycedrus L. were investigated. It was determined that J. excelsa has more wider component composition of phenol substances than J. oxycedrus. The concentration of flavonoids in the shoots and fruits of these species of Juniperus was studied.
