Горина В.М., Смыков В.К., Рихтер А.А. Оценка коллекции алычи в условиях Южного берега Крыма // Труды Никит. ботан. сада. – 2010. – Т. 132. – С. 106-114.

Изложены результаты многолетнего изучения сортов, элитных гибридных форм, межсортовых и межвидовых генотипов алычи в коллекции Никитского ботанического сада. Выделены образцы, характеризующиеся стабильной и высокой урожайностью, поздним цветением, относительной устойчивостью к Monilia cinerea Bon. и хорошими вкусовыми достоинствами плодов. Показано, что дальнейшее улучшение некоторых новых гибридов между сливой альпийской и алычой позволит расширить сроки потребления и переработки плодов алычи до сентября. Обсуждаются перспективы развития этой культуры в Крыму и в других регионах юга Украины.

The results of many-years studies for varieties, elite hybrid forms, intervarietal and distant genotypes of cherry-plum in the collection of Nikitsky Botanical Gardens have been given. The speciments with stable and high productivity, late blossom, resistance to Monilia cinerea Bon. and good fruit taste have been selected. It is shown that the further improvement of some new hybrids between alpine plum and cherry-plum allows to spread the using and processing period of cherry-plum fruits up to September. The development perspectives of this culture in the Crimea and on the South of the Ukraine have been discussed.
