Разработаны условия для построения тест-системы in vitro для первичного скрининга изолятов грибов рода Alternaria на токсигенность и отбора толерантных к альтернариозу форм озимой мягкой пшеницы. Для дальнейших исследований были отобраны наиболее токсигенные изоляты.

Conditions for test system in vitro construction for preliminary screening of the fungi isolates of the genus Alternaria on toxigenicity and selection of tolerant to Alternaria disease forms of winter soft wheat has been developed. For the further researches the most toxigenic isolates has been selected.
